HORRIBLE. WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

The cleaningness was so unbelievably poor, my coworkers and I found hair on our pillow and the bedding seem dirty as well. I don't think they even changed them. Poor soundproof, it's so noisy in the night. The staff start to prepare for breakfast at 7 and they will wake everybody up. One of our rooms started to leak at night when it rained. There's no hot water in the morning thus you can't shower in the morning. The breakfast was barely edible. So not worth the price and the review score. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The location was good.

The room was too small and did not have enough furniture. At least a table with chair. No toiletries were provided other than 2 towers. It was too noisy.

It was Ok. It could have been better if I got a better room

Spacious room. It was clean. Nice ladies who prepare fresh eggs for your breakfast.

I selected this room because of the many comments about how comfortable the bed was. So it would be perfect for a connection night at Bogota. However, during my check in I was told I had to take the room with two single beds because the other rooms were for couples with a child. The bed was small and did not have enough blankets for that cold night. The shower was not hot enough as well and not too much water. It was late at night, so I decided to go with it. In the morning I asked the reception why I got the single bed if I could see there were more rooms available, The receptionist told me it was an error from their night employes. So, be sure you get the right room if you are looking forward to a good night of sleep. Single bed is not comfortable.

Expensive hotel with poor service

The only "good" thing about this hotel was the breakfast and the location if you are going to go to the US Embassy. Regular breakfast: eggs, coffee, bread, fruit. 10 minutes walking to the US Embassy.

Well, I'm going to tell you why my experience at this hotel was really bad: 1. The room didn't have windows, the bed was ok but the room didn't have basic stuff like soap, shampoo, or an internal phone to call the reception. The room didn't have noise protection, you can hear every noise people make on other rooms, that means, you doesn't have privacy while you are hosted in the hotel. Also, the bathroom was super small and uncomfortable. 2. The Hotel didn't have credit card payment, they asked for a cash payment but I refused to pay in cash. The next day they solved the issue by making me go to another hotel to pay. 3. The payment was not clear: they did not respect the initial price, then, when I asked for an invoice, they gave me a paper with no explanation of the rate. Just the original IVA tax, not a justification of why the rate was upper than Booking.com reservation rate. The price was too high according to the service offered, even more, if they do not respect the original rate agreed on Booking.com If you need a one-night hotel to US Embassy formalities, try to find another hotel.

Zafiro - great experince

Excellent host, helped with getting taxies, assisting with thw luggage and trying to accommodate to our needs

Could be a bit more clean in the lobby and stairs.

Cut rate hotel where there are many better options. Stay only if you dont care about comfort.

The breakfast is only from 6:30am-8:30am and was some of the worst we’ve had on our trip. Our shower had no shower head. Just a stream of water. There is no hot water in the morning. Everything in the room was a little broken from the drawers to the shower handle that came off in my hand. Do not stay here if you have an option.

Breakfast, flat screen TV, warm water, fast internet.

The room was too small for 2 adults and 1 child, the size of bed didn't match with what we needed. I also noticed that the staff didn't make up my bed & clean the room thoroughly, and i suspected that someone had try to open my luggage while it was locked.

The attention was overall good.

The bed in the bedroom occupies closely all the space but it was not large enough even for me (1.72 mts) (you can imagine my partner who is 1.85 mts) The WiFi didn't work in any moment.

the worst night I have spent.

Nothing.

The room was very cold, no extra blankets. No wardrobe, no table and chairs. It was noisy outside because the staff speak really loudly. I have received the bathroom dirty with used bath towel, plug on the bathroom damage. there is not lift and no One who help with the luggage. The laundry room is located between the rooms and remains open. It is disgusting. The photos the room and bathroom are not equal as it has published. This is not hotel is a house. I decided to change the hotel.
